I have been working in restaurants my whole life, I've not only seen but learned much throughout my culinary journey. In this journey, I have noticed some simple aspects get overlooked rather often... that being to not only care about your guests, but the quality of food and service you are providing.  This may sound simple, nevertheless, I don't think it gets executed every time, nor everywhere. I promise you at The Chi Shack you will be treated like family every time and as such, you will always get our best. I grew up on this food and have much love for it, I believe you can taste that love in each bite I have crafted with you in mind. They say food is a gateway to the heart, so I brought a little of my Chicago heart to my new friends here in the Valley.
