I have been working in restaurants my whole life and have seen and learned a lot of different things but I think something simple gets over looked very often. That is to care about your guests and the quality of food and service you are providing. Sounds easy but I don't think it gets executed every time everywhere. I promise you at The Chi Shack you will be treated like family every time and as family you will always get our best. I grew up on this food and have a love for it that will come thru in your order. I missed it so much I have decided to bring it to my new home of Colorado and share it with all of you!!
